At Twisted Lily, we want you to discover your new signature scent with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your full-size fragrance purchase, we offer returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging; please note that individual samples and discovery sets are final sale and cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unopened product and affix the provided shipping label, ensuring the item is protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
